1. Who we are
Title Wars is operated by Awesome Pegasus Limited (RC 8133373), trading as Titlewarslive Entertainment Concepts (“the Company”, “we”), Lagos, Nigeria. By creating an account or using titlewars.live you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The platform is for persons aged 18 and over. By registering you confirm you are 18+, that your details are accurate, and that you hold one account only.
3. What titles are
Titles are one-of-one symbolic recognition for entertainment. A title is a revocable licence of recognition recorded on the platform: it has no monetary value, is not property, cannot be sold, transferred, inherited or exchanged, and confers no legal authority, qualification or endorsement. Outcomes on the platform are determined by skill or by transparent standing offers — never by chance.
4. Fees
Some actions — claims, challenge entries, Highest Offer participation, optional Premium or Elite upgrades — carry fees, always displayed before you commit and processed only on-platform through licensed Nigerian payment processors. Fees buy participation and recognition, not goods, investments or chances of monetary gain. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the contest or release they relate to has begun.
5. Conduct
- No hate speech, harassment, impersonation, or unlawful content.
- No artificial engagement, duplicate accounts, or manipulation of votes or offers.
- No describing the platform as gambling, a lottery, an investment, or a means of making money — because it is none of these.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and promote it with credit, for the operation and promotion of the platform. You warrant your submissions are your own and that you have consent for anyone identifiable in them.
7. Revocation & enforcement
We may suspend accounts, void results, and revoke titles obtained through fraud, manipulation, or breach of these Terms or any contest rules. Championship regalia (belts, trophies) remain Company property at all times and are held by champions strictly in custody under separate agreement.
8. Liability
The platform is provided “as is” for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you hold under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
9. Changes, law & disputes
We may update these Terms with notice on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; disputes go first to good-faith resolution via contact@titlewars.live, then to the courts of Lagos State.
