Highest Offer Rules
Effective: 8 August 2026 · Version 1.0 · Operated by Awesome Pegasus Limited (RC 8133373), trading as Titlewarslive Entertainment Concepts, Lagos, Nigeria.
1. What a Highest Offer release is
Some titles are released by open offer instead of a skill challenge. During a release window, members place standing offers on the title. When the window closes, the highest standing offer owns the title, and the result is recorded on the public Registry. There is no element of chance at any stage: every offer is visible, every rival may answer, and the outcome is determined solely by the final standing order.
2. Placing an offer
- Offers are placed only on the platform, through your registered account, within the published window.
- Each new offer must exceed the current highest by the published minimum step.
- An offer is a commitment: when the window closes, the leading offer is charged and the title transfers immediately to that member's Registry entry.
3. Transparency
- The current highest offer and the number of active rivals are displayed live during every window.
- Closing times are fixed and published in advance. A qualifying offer in the final minutes may extend the window by a stated interval, announced on the release page, so no one wins by timing tricks.
4. Payments & refunds
- Only the winning offer is charged. Non-winning participants pay nothing for the release itself; any published participation fee is stated before you enter and is non-refundable once the window opens.
- All payments run through licensed Nigerian payment processors, on the platform only. Nobody from Title Wars will ever request payment by direct transfer or messaging apps.
5. What you receive
- A one-of-one symbolic title, recorded permanently to your name. Titles carry no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and confer no legal authority. A Highest Offer release is a contest of conviction for recognition — it is not an investment, a wager, or a chance to win money.
6. Conduct
- Offer manipulation — collusion, shill accounts, or offers placed without intent or ability to honour them — voids the offers involved and may close the accounts.
