What we use

• Preferences: small local-storage flags (for example, that you've seen the cookie notice).
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 events that tell us which pages and contests matter, in aggregate. IP anonymisation is enabled.
• Service cookies: set by Firebase (authentication, realtime data) strictly to operate the platform.

Control

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies excepted, the platform keeps working — analytics simply goes blind. Mobile browsers: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data.
